This role is ideal for someone with approximately 6–10 years of experience who has directly sourced for software engineering roles and thrives in a sourcing‑heavy environment. Success in this position requires hands‑on outbound sourcing, strong technical alignment, and the ability to consistently deliver qualified software candidates.ResponsibilitiesExecute outbound sourcing strategies for software engineering roles.Build and maintain strong pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub,
