Connect Hearing is seeking a Customer Care Representative for a 6‑month contract in Oakville, ON, with the possibility of extension. This role supports hearing care professionals by providing exceptional customer service, managing client accounts, and coordinating appointments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and by email.Schedule appointments and organize files for the clinic’s hearing care professionals.Manage and maintain client accounts while building relationships.Work with insurance companies to ensure successful third‑party billing operations.Assist with cleanings and minor in‑clinic device repairs (training provided).BenefitsHourly wage of $20–$23, based on experience.Extended Health Benefits Package from day one.3 weeks vacation to start, increasing with tenure.6 days of personal time in the first year.Additional days off,
