The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows 11, ticketing systems, and a foundational understanding of networking and Active Directory. This role requires robust problem-solving skills and the ability to support a variety of hardware and software environments.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support for end-user hardware such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printersTroubleshoot and resolve issues related toWindows 11operating systemsUse aticketing systemto log, track, and manage service requestsManage user accounts, passwords, and group memberships inActive DirectoryAssist with basic network troubleshooting,
