About you Is a passionate, not-for-profit leader, with experience working in the performing arts sector, in administration and / or management. Is creative and forward-thinking. Works well in a fast-paced and open-concept environment and adapts easily. Is passionate about dance, or about the arts.



Is self-motivated and self-directed. Values collaboration and is a team player. Has strong communication skills. Has experience in grant writing and fundraising. Can prioritize, respect deadlines and effectively manage multiple tasks. Has the ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends during performance periods. Software / Computer skills High proficiency with G-Suite and Google drive, Mailchimp, Simple video editing skills (iMovie or similar), Basic social media skills. Assets and attributes Having three or more years of experience with Arts Management is a highly desirable asset. Speaking both French and English fluently is a highly desirable attribute.
