This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully managing and closing projects, coupled with a strong aptitude for cultivating and maintaining client relationships.Department:Project Delivery - Zone 3Employment Type:Permanent - Full TimeLocation:Vancouver, BCReporting To:Bryce DawsonCompensation:$85,800 - $113,000 / yearKey ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Responsible for effectively sourcing, negotiating, and facilitating new business.Proposal and Contract Management: Creating and delivering proposals inclusive of scope, fees, and qualifications for public and client RFPs.Client Relationship Management: Responsible for developing strong working relationships with clients.Project Oversight: Assembling and guiding a team of RWDI consultants toward meeting project objectives by overseeing the preparation of documentation developed by the technical team.Project Performance: Accountable for project performance, on-time and quality delivery, and ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.Financial Management: Manage financial activities of the project including tracking revenue, issuing invoices, and recovering receivables.Quality Assurance: Ensuring that Quality Assurances are completed, recorded, and meet company standards and project scope.Innovation:
