This role is responsible for ensuring quality control, workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, and effective communication between clinical and laboratory teams. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a commitment to excellence in patient care outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all laboratory operations, including case workflow, scheduling, and prioritizationEnsure all lab work meets quality standards and prescribed timelinesCollaborate with dentists and clinical team members to ensure accuracy of prescriptions and case outcomesMaintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standardsManage lab inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenanceTrain, mentor,
