Position OverviewThis role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or client office a minimum 4 days per week – subject to change at any time.ResponsibilitiesExecute and support end-to-end QA activities across web and API-based applicationsDesign, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium or Playwright with JavaPerform API testing and validation using Rest AssuredActively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives)Perform defect identification, debugging, triage, and tracking through resolutionCollaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliveryMaintain test cases, execution results, and documentation in JIRA, JTMF, and ConfluenceProvide transparent communication on test status, risks,



and quality outcomesRequired Qualifications8+ years of QA / Testing experienceStrong hands‑on test automation experience using Selenium or PlaywrightJava programming proficiencyStrong API testing experience with Rest AssuredExperience working in Agile delivery environmentsSolid debugging and defect triage skillsExperience with JIRA, JTMF, and ConfluenceStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsBanking / Financial services domain exposure (preferred)Ability to work in a hybrid model (minimum 4 days per week onsite)CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
