Job SummaryMeeras Infraconstruct is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to manage and maintain the company's internal IT infrastructure, including network systems, security surveillance systems, hardware, and software across all company-operated properties in Saskatoon and Regina. The successful candidate will be key in supporting technology operations that underpin property management and hotel services.Main DutiesInstall, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, and servers across offices and propertiesProvide first and second-level technical support to employees and property management staffManage and monitor the company's network infrastructure, internet connectivity, and VPN systemsInstall, operate, and maintain CCTV and security surveillance systems across residential, commercial, and hotel propertiesTroubleshoot network issues, connectivity failures, and software/hardware malfunctionsSet up and manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissionsImplement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, antivirus, and data backup systemsCoordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance,



and repair of IT equipmentMaintain an inventory of IT assets and prepare technical documentation and reportsSupport hotel operations technology including property management software and Wi-Fi systemsRequired QualificationsPost-secondary diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, or related field (minimum 2 years)Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar technical roleHands-on experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and operating systems (Windows, Linux)Experience installing or maintaining CCTV, IP cameras, or security surveillance systems is an assetStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsClear English communication skills — written and verbalPreferred QualificationsCompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certificationsExperience supporting hospitality or property management technology environmentsKnowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google WorkspaceValid Saskatchewan driver's licenceWorking ConditionsOffice and field-based, with travel between properties in Saskatoon and Regina40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with on-call availability — Permanent Full time (minimum 2-year contract)Wage: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour depending on experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
