The Park features historical buildings, costumed interpreters, working antiques, and various exhibits that provide insight into the region's past.Job OverviewUnder direction of the Bakers, the individual supports bakers in preparing and baking a variety of goods, ensuring accurate measurement of ingredients and proper operation of baking equipment. They also maintain cleanliness in the bakery area, assist with inventory management, and uphold food safety standards.ResponsibilitiesAssist bakers in preparing and baking a variety of goods, including bread, pastries, cookies, and desserts, following established recipes and proceduresWeigh and measure ingredients accurately, and assist in mixing, shaping, and proofing dough as neededOperate baking equipment under the guidance of experienced bakers,

Basic culinary education is an asset.Basic understanding of kitchen/bakery operations.
