You should be organized, detail-oriented, enjoy interacting with people, and be able to lift 50 lbs occasionally. This is a hands-on role that involves supervising daily operations, managing a small team, and ensuring the market runs smoothly and efficiently. FoodSafe training is an asset. This role will include working at both our locations in Kamloops.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and train staff, delegating tasks and providing feedback to maintain high performance standards.Assist customers with product inquiries,
