We are looking for a Senior Manager, Salesforce Engineering to lead the strategy, delivery, and evolution of our Salesforce platform across multiple business lines.ResponsibilitiesOwn the Salesforce engineering strategy and multi‑year roadmap, aligning with enterprise architecture, business priorities, and modernization plans.Govern development standards (coding, security, accessibility, reuse), lifecycle practices, and platform operating model across squads.Drive platform scalability, performance, observability, and resilience; ensure alignment with risk, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.Manage platform portfolio, capacity planning, and release calendars across multiple Salesforce clouds.Ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of program milestones while adhering to SDLC, change management, and regulatory controls.Orchestrate cross‑team dependencies (product, architecture, data, integration, QA, DevOps), remove blockers, and manage risks with transparent mitigation plans.Lead technical discussions; influence solution design, integration strategy, and make pragmatic build‑vs‑buy recommendations.Oversee code quality through standards enforcement, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD best practices.Partner with senior stakeholders (Directors/VPs) across multiple business lines; prepare executiveupdates and clear decision packs.Manage vendor/partner relationships, SOWs, and delivery performance for supported solutions and accelerators.Lead and grow high‑performing Salesforce squads (potentially 2–3 pods, ~8–15 FTE/contractors); build career paths and succession plans.Foster a culture of engineering excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement; coach and mentor engineers, leads, and admins.Define and track engineering KPIs (velocity,
