Models of Practice.Coach, mentor, and empower staff; support service delivery between programs and partner agencies; act as liaison with First Nations Child and Family Services and community organizations; represent the Ministry on committees when required.Ensure program compliance with Ministry policies, the Child and Family Services Act, and PRIDE manuals.Work effectively with colleagues and caregivers, applying expertise in child abuse,
