We delivered the world’s first fully integrated BACnet building solution for HVAC, lighting, and access control.Job SummaryResponsible for optimizing end-to-end electronics manufacturing operations, including PCBA (SMT/THT), final assembly, testing, and packaging. Drives process efficiency, automation initiatives, capacity planning, and continuous improvement to improve productivity, quality, and cost performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOptimize SMT, THT, assembly, testing, and packaging processesPerform line balancing, time studies, and workflow optimizationImprove OEE, throughput, cycle time, and first-pass yieldIdentify and implement automation opportunities (fixtures, robotics, automated test, material flow)Support NPI and define efficient production flowsDevelop and improve production layoutsAnalyze scrap, rework, and defect trendsEstablish and monitor KPIsCollaborate with Engineering, Quality,
and Production teamsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field3+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing (PCBA + assembly)Knowledge of SMT/THT processes and IPC standardsExperience with Lean Manufacturing and automation projectsStrong data analysis skills (Excel; ERP/MES experience preferred)Analytical and data-driven mindsetStrong problem-solving skillsCross-functional collaborationProject management capabilityResults-oriented approachWork Location : In Office 5 days a weekCity : SurreyType : full-time, PermanentSalary : 94,000 - 108,000 CADThis range reflects the minimum and maximum target payable for the base salary of recent hires across all Canadian locations.
