Reporting to the Manager of Communications, this role plays a key part in strengthening internal engagement and enhancing our external presence across the healthcare sector.The Digital Strategist will create compelling, accessible, and visually engaging content that reflects our mission of compassionate, person-centred care and advances key organizational priorities, including recruitment and retention, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Anti-Racism and Indigenous Reconciliation, and community partnerships.This role blends strategy, storytelling, design, and analytics to ensure our digital platforms effectively inform, engage, and inspire.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement digital communications strategies aligned with corporate prioritiesManage and optimize the organization’s website and digital platforms, including supporting internal tools (e.G., intranet/SharePoint)Collaborate with IT and external vendors to enhance digital infrastructure and user experienceContent Creation & DesignCreate high-quality digital assets, including social media graphics, videos, web visuals, infographics, and campaign materialsTranslate complex clinical and organizational information into transparent, engaging, and accessible contentEnsure consistency with brand standards and organizational messagingCampaigns & EngagementPlan and execute digital campaigns supporting programs, recruitment and retention, events,
