The role will cover May 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026.ResponsibilitiesMowing lawns, trimming trees and shrubs, and maintaining outdoor spaces around five main properties.Cleaning eaves, exterior and interior painting as required.Assisting with custodial work, including cleaning units and performing maintenance related tasks.Working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week,



with one weekend per month for rotation work.QualificationsMinimum Grade 12 or equivalent, supplemented by related groundskeeping experience.Knowledge of and experience using groundskeeping equipment, hand and power tools.Positive personal presentation and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, efficiency, time‑management and positive judgment.Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and work amongst tenants and the public.Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently and meet deadlines.Recognition of and respect for people’s diversity.Reliable vehicle and cell phone.CompensationSalary: $17.28 per hour.#J-18808-Ljbffr
