You’ll own incentive‐driven, always‐on, and seasonal initiatives from strategy through execution, bringing a growth mindset to everything you do.You’ll collaborate closely with banner teams, frontline partners, and cross‐functional groups including Marketing, Digital, Analytics, Legal, and Compliance to drive measurable results—while always putting the customer first and ensuring compliant, seamless experiences across all touchpoints.If you thrive in fast‐paced, highly collaborative roles and love turning strategy into action, this could be a great fit for you!**Registration Strategy & Campaign Planning:*** Develop and execute registration growth strategies aligned to enterprise and banner priorities* Build campaign roadmaps that balance always‐on acquisition, automation, and seasonal lighthouse moments (e.G., Back to School, holidays)* Identify opportunities to improve registration conversion through incentives, channel mix, and messaging**Campaign Execution & Optimization:*** Lead end‐to‐end execution of registration campaigns, including quarterly blitzes and ad‐hoc initiatives* Own always‐on programs such as registration recovery triggers and ongoing acquisition placements* Optimize campaign performance through ongoing testing, learning, and refinement**Banner & Frontline Collaboration:*** Partner with banner marketing teams to develop and execute registration campaigns tailored to each banner* Work closely with frontline teams to support and reinforce registration campaigns in‐store* Create and manage frontline incentive campaigns that drive excitement, engagement, and incremental registrations**Automation & Efficiency:*** Increase efficiency and scalability of campaigns through automation and trigger‐based journeys* Support development of standardized, repeatable campaign frameworks to improve speed to market**Performance Measurement & Reporting:*** Track and analyze registration performance, conversion, and funnel KPIs* Use insights to inform campaign optimization and future strategy* Prepare clear summaries and updates for leadership and stakeholders**Governance & Collaboration:*** Ensure all customer‐facing campaigns meet privacy, legal,



and compliance requirements* Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Digital, Analytics, Technology, Legal, and Retail teams**Qualifications:*** 4–6+ years of experience in marketing, growth, digital acquisition, or loyalty programs* Experience executing incentive‐based, data‐driven campaigns with measurable outcomes* Strong stakeholder management and cross‐functional collaboration skills* Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‐paced, matrixed environment**Preferred:*** Experience in retail, loyalty, or financial services environments* Familiarity with registration, onboarding, or funnel optimization strategies* Experience working with frontline or in‐store execution models#LI-CD1We’re always looking for great talent!
