You’ll support our operations team in setting up and maintaining infrastructure for our new and existing practices.This role will be based in one of our Home Office locations in Calgary or Vancouver.What You’ll DoProvide third-level operational support, including occasional after-hours on-call support on a rotational basisAssist with the rollout of new practice locations, including providing care and coordination of patient medical informationAssess infrastructure issues and develop solutions to improve the current environment while mitigating riskMonitor, troubleshoot, and diagnose clinic infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and connectivityPerform installations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain thorough documentationWork independently on operational tasks and collaboratively with team members to achieve objectives and complete projectsDevelop and maintain best practices, standards, and procedures across the infrastructure and platformsPerform other duties as assigned to support the team and organizational goalsWhat You Bring2-4 years IT experienceA technology diploma, degree or recent practical certificationsGood understanding of Microsoft-based infrastructure, i.E. AD, Entra ID, DHCP, Group Policy, DNS, Intune, O365, Azure environment etc.Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Win2019 plus, 10 & 11)Familiarity with Cisco Meraki environment administration and supportUnderstanding of network print services and maintenanceFamiliarity with voice services & telephony technologiesScripting knowledge to automate and standardizeFamiliarity with PIPEDA, PHI, PII and HIPAAFamiliarity with virtualization and cyber security technologies and methodologiesOutstanding oral and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environmentA cooperative,
