You will see how a steam facility operates in real time. You will support acid production systems. You will be part of a team that manages energy generation and chemical processing in a controlled, safety‑first environment.If you want practical experience that strengthens your path toward higher class certification, this position offers exactly that.Initial training schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.M.
to 4:00 p.M.Two weeks of 12‑hour day shiftsTwo weeks of 12‑hour night shiftsTwo weeks of 10‑hour day shifts, Monday to ThursdayRotation repeats following the six‑week cyclePosition DescriptionSupporting the Shift Engineer in operating certified steam and production systemsMonitoring processes and responding to plant conditionsCoordinating bulk product loading operationsConducting lab testing to ensure environmental complianceKeeping the facility organized and operating to high housekeeping standardsWorking closely with maintenance teams and plant personnelThis is a rotating continental shift position, so flexibility is essential.ExperienceIndustrial, manufacturing, or plant experienceFamiliarity with chemical processing or utilities is helpfulComfort working in a regulated, safety‑driven environmentTeam‑oriented mindsetQualificationsTSSA 4th Class Operating Engineer certification or active progression toward itPower Engineering education is an assetFirst Aid and CPR certification considered beneficialClear communicator who takes safety seriouslyMust be a qualified Power Engineer in positive standingAdditional InformationJob Type - On‑Site, Permanent, Full‑TimeIndustries - Chemicals – Fine (Non‑Petro)Job Categories - Engineering/Technical – GeneralManages Others - NoRequired Travel - NoRelocation Assistance - No#J-18808-Ljbffr
