This role reports directly to the Parts Manager and plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient flow of parts and accessories that support dealership operations and an exceptional customer experience.The expected pay for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 per hourPrimary Duties and ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming parts shipments for accuracy, quantity, and conditionReport shipment discrepancies, shortages,
or damaged items promptly and take appropriate corrective actionExpedite received parts to appropriate Parts Advisors and internal departmentsLabel parts accurately with proper part numbers and ensure correct binning and storageMonitor and update part number changes and adjust inventory locations as requiredIdentify and process special‑order parts and notify the appropriate department or customerPerform customer follow‑ups on special‑order parts to ensure timely communication and satisfactionProvide product information and promote parts and accessory sales to customersMaintain adequate inventory of batteries, boutique items, and accessories displaysAssist internal and external customers at the parts counter and over the phoneSupport general housekeeping of the parts department, including stockroom organization and inventory replenishmentAct as a backup to Parts Advisors when requiredPerform other duties as assigned by managementQualifications RequiredEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experiencePrevious experience with automotive parts, inventory management, or shipping/receiving preferredWorking knowledge of parts inventory operations and proceduresStrong customer service skills with the ability to exceed customer expectationsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a rapid‑paced environmentHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlinesProficient computer skills, including MS Office, Internet applications, ADP, and Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPC)Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamLegally entitled to work in CanadaAbout DilawriIn addition to working with and learning from a team of leading professionals in the automotive industry, our benefits include:Discounted employee vehicle purchase programJob‑specific coaching & training programsEmployee wellness & assistance programsEmployee social eventsBuild your career with a team that is driven by excellence, integrity and innovation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
