ProjectThe Woodfibre LNG Project is located approximately 7 km west-southwest of Squamish, British Columbia. This is a hands-on role involving the installation, maintenance, and repair of rotating equipment on industrial sites, all work is performed in accordance with applicable codes and safety regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful applicant will:Prior to start-up of the plant, support the development of maintenance proceduresParticipate in plant walkdowns covering rotating equipment scopeDuring Commissioning of the plant: verify installation and witness dynamic runs of rotating equipmentParticipate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policiesTroubleshooting rotating assets, compressors, pumps, fans, and hydraulic systemsAssist pipefitters with blinding and pipe strainRepair valves, pumps, fans & compressorsPerform Major overhauls of Centrifugal CompressorsReplace Dry gas sealsConduct AlignmentsWork closely with all other trades to acquire the highest availability and reliability of our equipmentInstall, inspect and repair of mechanical and hydraulic componentsPreform predictive and preventive maintenance on, pumps, gearboxes, fin fans, loading arms, hydraulics, & compressorsPerform predictive and preventive maintenance (Examples: Lubrication, greasing,
