Our team handles client intake and onboarding, allowing our lawyers to focus on legal work. ⸻ The Opportunity We are expanding into new practice areas and are looking to work with motivated lawyers interested in building and growing their practice within a structured and supportive environment. ⸻ Key Responsibilities * Manage and oversee files from onboarding through resolution * Develop case strategies by analyzing facts, evidence, and applicable law * Conduct legal research using platforms such as Lexis Nexis or Westlaw * Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with clarity and precision * Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, and negotiations * Negotiate settlements and support alternative dispute resolution processes * Collaborate with clients, witnesses,
