Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.ResponsibilitiesConduct role evaluations, post job requisitions, contribute to recruitment plans and pro‑actively manage the candidate experience to attract top talentProduce job offers and conduct reference checksConduct exit and stay interviews and manage terminations as appropriateUtilize acquisition and social media platforms to build a talent poolLead, coordinate and deliver orientation and manage onboarding logisticsManage employee data records including manual files, payroll and HRIS updatesParticipate in administration for promotions, transfers, job classifications, compensation and annual performance evaluationsProvide support to team members and leaders on a wide range of human capital issues including policies, compliance, employee relations, problem resolution, total rewards and performance managementPrepare and deliver presentations for internal business; facilitate workgroups,
