ensuring prompt resolution and service recoveryChampion continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellenceOther duties assignedQualificationsYour experience and skills include:Previous leadership experience in Banquets or Events within a luxury hotel or high‑volume environmentProven ability to lead large teams and manage complex operationsStrong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost managementExceptional organizational and problem‑solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest‑centric mindsetAbility to perform in a fast‑paced, energetic environment while maintaining attention to detailExperience with Opera, Delphi, or similar systems is an assetFlexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysServing It Right certification requiredExperience in a luxury hotel or Forbes‑rated environment considered an assetAdditional InformationYou will be part of a collaborative leadership team, working closely with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Sales, and Conference Services. This role thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment where teamwork and precision are key to delivering memorable events.Visa RequirementsMust be legally eligible to work in Canada.
