THE ROLEThis is a part‑time position (20 hours/week) with real potential to expand as the company grows. You’ll support the full hiring cycle — from sourcing and screening to onboarding — while handling HR administration that keeps our people operations running efficiently. You’ll work closely with hiring managers across departments and serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the process.WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DOWrite and post compelling, on‑brand job listings across relevant platformsSource candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, campus networks, and professional communitiesScreen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess fitCoordinate interviews and maintain clear, timely communication with candidates at every stageSupport new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth, organized first‑day experienceMaintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep candidate records accurate and currentHandle HR administrative tasks including offer letters, reference checks, and documentationContribute to employer branding efforts that reflect what it’s actually like to work at Bells of SteelWHO YOU AREA recent college or university graduate (or soon to be)
