Job DescriptionAdvanced level DIY sales position with expert knowledge of DIY business. The role has expert knowledge of store operations, advanced automotive system knowledge and parts knowledge. The role is responsible for providing advanced automotive problem resolution including identification, troubleshooting, and project assistance for DIY customers. It includes sourcing from multiple channels such as special order, FDO, second source, etc., and in‑depth knowledge of store inventory and maintenance processes. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.Compensation RangeThe expected compensation for this role is between $17.60 CAD and $20.15 CAD per hour for a new team member.
