Our team of about seventy specialists works with a strong focus on security, customer service quality, efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement.From IT asset management and problem‑solving through innovative technological solutions, to project optimization, building and infrastructure data modeling, and development support, our professionals leverage the best tools to ensure every initiative is a success.Come build the world with us!Reporting to the IT Squad Service Manager, the IT Technician plays a key role in ensuring the stability and quality of delivered services by advising and supporting colleagues in analyzing and resolving issues, leveraging a broad understanding of EBC’s business domains.ResponsibilitiesProvide full IT support (Helpdesk and Infrastructure) for a site with approximately 100 users.Coordinate and ensure that services are delivered professionally and in a friendly manner, while maintaining a positive work environment.Act as a resource for technical support to site users and business partners.Diagnose, analyze, document, investigate, and/or resolve issues independently, demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills (Workstations, Printers,

Compensation within the range is determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, localization, and internal equity.
