From post‑production pipelines to cloud collaboration tools, you ensure everything works efficiently behind the scenes so our teams can focus on delivering exceptional work.What You’ll Be DoingInfrastructure & Studio OperationsOversee high-performance storage environments including NAS and SAN systems supporting 4K and 8K workflowsManage networking infrastructure including high‑speed connectivity such as 10GbE and 40GbEMaintain and optimize on‑premise and cloud‑based render farms and workstations across Mac and PC environmentsOwn backup and disaster recovery strategies to protect client assets and intellectual propertyEnsure studio environments are stable, fast, and production‑ready at all timesStrategic LeadershipPartner with leadership to define and execute a forward‑looking technology roadmapAlign infrastructure with the evolving needs of AI‑driven creative workflowsManage IT budgets including hardware procurement, software licensing, and vendor relationshipsEvaluate and introduce new technologies that improve efficiency and give the studio a competitive edgeSecurity & ComplianceMaintain strong security practices to protect client data and internal systemsLead cybersecurity initiatives including endpoint protection, MFA, and secure file transfersEnsure systems meet industry standards for confidentiality and reliabilityTeam Leadership & SupportLead and mentor a small team of IT specialists and systems engineersSet a high standard for responsive,
