IEM has delivered customer‑specific solutions to meet the ever‑changing power requirements of growth industries in North America for over half a century.Essential FunctionsPerform standard inspections independently within assigned product scope, including, but not limited to performing inspections and taking photos throughout the production cycle, including in‑process and final inspection, before shipment.Follow the inspection checklist and defined inspection points with consistent method.Document findings clearly in Infor with objective language and required evidence.Generate non‑conformance reports, gather evidence, and support RMA activities.Investigate and support resolution of customer issues and complaints relating to product quality or workmanship.Complete basic statistical tracking of recurring QC issues and contribute to process improvements that reduce defects and reworks.Verify conformance to engineering drawings, schematic, BOMs, applicable CSA, UL and IEEE standards.Escalate build‑to‑print or doc mismatches immediately and stop the process when required.Build solid working rhythm with Production and Test on priorities and readiness.Provide technical feedback to production, engineering, and test teams to prevent quality escapes.Coordinate inspection activities with production teams to support workflow, schedule,
