Adecco is currently partnering with a global organization to recruit a Workforce Analytics & Insights Specialist to join the organization in St Thomas, ON. This role supports the implementation of long-term workforce strategies and organizational development initiatives that align with business growth objectives and group-wide priorities.Compensation and Employment DetailsPay Rate:$85,000/yearLocation:St. Thomas, ONJob type:Permanent | Full-timeVacancy Status:Existing vacancyResponsibilitiesWorkforce Strategy & Headcount PlanningSupport the execution of short-, medium-, and long-term workforce and role planning aligned with organizational growth objectivesContribute to the setup and execution of headcount controlling processes in line with local and global (HQ) requirementsPrepare workforce and headcount reporting and collaborate closely with Finance to ensure alignment with budgeting and financial planningOrganizational Development & DesignSupport the development, design, and rollout of organizational development initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholdersPlan, manage, and deliver organizational development projects, including the creation and release of organizational chartsSupport strategic initiatives aimed at building lean, scalable, and sustainable organizational structuresCoordinate and support proposals to optimize organizational structures and processes based on corporate strategyData, Analytics & ReportingDesign, implement, and deliver predictive analytics and dashboards to identify workforce trends and enable informed decision-makingCreate, monitor, and report HR-specific KPIs in line with company, brand, and Group requirementsEnsure timely, accurate,



and structured reporting across all workforce management and organizational development metricsJob Architecture & Total Rewards SupportParticipate in job evaluation processes and ensure alignment with HQ grading requirementsSupport the development and maintenance of job matrices, job architecture, and standardized job descriptionsCollaborate with Compensation & Benefits and Learning & Development teams to ensure harmonization of rolesSupport compensation-related initiatives, including reviews, implementation activities, and incentive plan administrationWays of Working & Continuous ImprovementContribute to the design of the future work setting by supporting the development of methods, tools, and processes that enhance customer and employee orientationCreate decision templates, presentations, and workshop materials to support leadership discussionsIdentify and support process improvement opportunities using structured methodologiesQualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Organizational Development, or a related field3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Data Analytics, or related disciplinesStrong experience with HR data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analyticsProficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau and HR systems (ATS, HRIS)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio); exposure to Lean Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies is an assetExperience with workforce management tools and maintaining HR datasetsStrong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent project and process management capabilitiesProven ability to develop clear, well-structured documentation and presentationsStrong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentMust be legally eligible to work, and reside in CanadaWe encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds and identities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
