This is a highly onsite, hands‑on role with strong ownership expectations, focused on end‑user support, vendor coordination, IT validation, and post‑move troubleshooting. Third‑party vendors are already engaged for physical moving, network infrastructure, wireless access points, CCTV, and door access systems. The IT Systems Engineer will serve as the onsite IT point of contact, ensuring readiness, quality execution, and a smooth transition for employees.This is a contract 3‑month prospect with potential extension.This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office.ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier 2 deskside and end‑user support for onsite employeesTroubleshoot Windows endpoints, peripherals,



and general IT issuesSupport and validate Zoom Rooms and Logitech conference room setupsAssist users before and after the move to minimize disruptionAct as the onsite IT lead during the office relocationCoordinate with and oversee third‑party vendors responsible for:Office moving and reinstallationCCTV systemsDoor access systemsValidate IT‑related setups meet expectations and elevate issues as neededPerform post‑move validation and troubleshootingPack, organize, and inventory IT storage equipment (spares, peripherals, monitors, accessories)Maintain accurate inventory tracking throughout the moveEnsure IT assets are accounted for and properly staged post‑moveWhat will you bring to the role? and how will you stand out?3+ years of Tier 2 IT support experience (deskside/onsite)Strong Windows OS and endpoint troubleshooting skillsHands‑on experience or troubleshooting familiarity with FortiGate firewallsExperience supporting Zoom Rooms and Logitech hardwareStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable working onsite and coordinating with vendorsHighly organized, detail‑oriented, and ownership‑drivenIdeal Candidate ProfileConfident working independently in an onsite environmentComfortable supervising vendors and validating quality of workProactive, organized, and calm under time‑sensitive conditionsStrong focus on execution, coordination, and end‑user experienceArctiq is an equal opportunity employer.
