This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative manufacturing environment and enjoys taking designs from concept through production.You’ll play a key role in developing and improving our product lines—ensuring designs are effective, cost-effective, and built to perform in real-world conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop Norstar product lines using 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor).Translate concepts into detailed production-ready designs, including drafting and dimensioning and performing basic analysis (e.G., FEA/stress considerations).Create accurate production drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs).Optimize designs for manufacturability, performance, and cost efficiency.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and sales teams.Provide design support to production,
