We specialize in electrical power systems, offering engineering, testing, maintenance, and repair services with a strong focus on safety and client service.Position SummaryReporting to the Engineering Manager, the Electrical Power Systems Engineer (P.Eng.) will lead and execute power system engineering projects across industrial and utility sectors. This role combines design, analysis, client support, and occasional fieldwork.ResponsibilitiesLead and support the development of junior engineering staffPlan and deliver electrical engineering projects for industrial and utility clientsPerform power system studies (short‑circuit, coordination, arc flash, load flow, grounding, harmonics)Design and integrate protection and control systems (e.G., SEL, GE, Siemens, Schneider)Develop and review electrical drawings (SLDs, schematics, wiring diagrams)Design and modify electrical distribution systems (switchgear, MCCs, transformers, relays, etc.)Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with practical solutionsSupport commissioning, inspections, and field data collection as requiredPrepare technical proposals, estimates,
