equipment and systemsClean and apply lubricants to machinery componentsReplenish fluids and components of engines and machineryProvide consultation on correct maintenance and preventative measures to machine or vehicle usersDiagnose malfunctions in defective equipment by inspecting and testing using devises such as motor analyzers, handheld computers and chassis charts to determine how to address problemsUndertake other duties as assigned (e.G. repair of hydraulic systems, painting vehicles etc.)Test drive vehicles to ensure they are running properly and to find issues to determine the solutionMeasure vehicle emissions to ensure they are in the proper limitsEnsure parts conform to factory specifications by inspecting and verifying clearances and dimensionsRepair exhaust, brakes, hydraulic, electrical suspension and fuel ignition of automotive vehicles.Check and repair electrical suspensions and wheel alignments of automotive vehicles.Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and belt changes of automotive vehicles.Check and repair air conditioning, computer and electronic systems.Maintain and manage tools, equipment and machinery in good condition.Ensure total customer satisfaction through excellent automotive mechanic services.Keep logs of work and report on issuesQualifications and Skills:Ability to communicate in EnglishSecondary (high) school graduation certificate3 years to less than 5 years of experienceAutomotive Service Technician Trade CertificationWork Conditions and Physical Capabilities:Quick-paced environmentHand-eye co-ordinationAttention to detailManual dexterityStanding for extended periodsPersonal Suitability:Reliability, Accurate andFlexibilityTeam playerJudgement, Dependability andClient focus#J-18808-Ljbffr
