We are hiring a 16' Truck Driver! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods across various routes, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining excellent vehicle condition. Duties
- Safely operate 16' trucks to transport goods between locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance
- Unload shipments, utilizing proper lifting techniques to handle heavy items efficiently and safely
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, shipment documentation, temperature of the truck, and vehicle maintenance records
- Communicate proactively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules, delays, or issues on the road
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (G-license) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in driving commercial vehicles
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during unloading processes
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and CVOR
- Excellent communication skills for clear coordination with team members and clients
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, or weekends as required
