Position OverviewWe are looking for an Intermediate or Senior Business Advisor to join our Strategy & Transformation team. Two positions are available – one permanent and one 12‑month contract.Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range:94,200 - 115,200(35‑hour workweek). Annual Bonus Target based on base salary with potential payout up to double the target. 12% share plan matched by Intact (50% of net shares).Flexible work arrangements and a hybrid work modelPossibility to purchase up to 5 extra days off per yearMultiple advantages to support physical and mental wellbeing, including telemedicine, wellness account, and moreShare plan & other savings: up to 12% of salary and guaranteed income for life through our defined benefit pension planResponsibilitiesLead projects with stakeholders across the Claims West operation to enhance efficiency and address operational challenges, while supporting the business in effective execution and change managementAssess operational challenges by gathering inputs from teams, reviewing performance indicators, mapping processes, and identifying root causesReimagine outcome‑focused processes, clarify decision points, and lead portfolio‑level performanceLead or contribute to process improvement initiatives from ideation through implementation and control of solutionsBuild relationships with stakeholders and collaborate with teams and subject‑matter experts to assess the current state and define the future state, leveraging a common methodological frameworkOptimize claims management models and ways of working to enhance operational efficiency and service qualityPropose creative business solutions and develop actionable recommendations; simplify and communicate complex concepts, both verbally and in writing, to stakeholders ranging from front‑line teams to senior executivesDevelop documentation and assets (tools, templates, analyses)



to support recommendations and implementationPromote a continuous improvement culture within the organizationMonitor outcomes by tracking agreed performance measures and surfacing insights and trends; partner with reporting/analytics teams as neededFacilitate working sessions and workshops (e.G., process redesign, prioritization, decisioning) to align stakeholders on current state, future state, and next stepsLink initiatives with strong business acumen to identify risks and drive coherent executionCollect, research, extract, and structure data; perform statistical analyses (basic to advanced) and cost‑benefit analyses; compile and synthesize resultsLeverage insights on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge and drive continuous organizational improvementSupport on recurrent reports, including creation, development, modification, and production of reports in Excel, Power BI and other toolsCreate and present clear, concise, and persuasive data‑driven narratives tailored to diverse audiences, including executive leadership, using tools like PowerPoint to ensure effective communication of complex insightsProvide strategic recommendations and insights through executive‑level presentations to leadership for informed decision‑makingQualificationsAt least 5‑8 years of experience in consulting, analysis, management, or a comparable roleLean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
