Bilingual Operations Specialist – Mutual Fund OperationsLocation: Downtown Toronto, ONWork Model: Hybrid – 4 days onsite per weekAbout the OpportunityWe are hiring a Bilingual Operations Specialist to join a high-performing team within Mutual Fund Operations. This team plays a critical role in supporting back-office processing activities, ensuring trades and transactions are completed accurately and efficiently for retail partners and third-party vendors.This is an excellent prospect for someone with strong data entry and processing experience, a sharp eye for detail, and a foundation in banking or financial products. While this role is not customer-facing, the team operates with a strong service mindset and high standards for quality and responsiveness.What You’ll Be DoingAs part of the Mutual Fund Operations team, you will provide a broad range of operational support and process both general and specialized transactions. Work is received through an imaging and workflow system, where scanned client requests are reviewed, interpreted, and accurately entered into internal systems of record.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess transactions accurately, efficiently, and within established service level agreements (SLAs)Review imaged client documentation and translate requests into the appropriate internal systemsPerform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and qualitySupport the processing of various financial transactions,



including some that require analysis or calculationsInvestigate and elevate operational or processing issues as needed to ensure timely resolutionValidate incoming transaction details and make adjustments within established authority levelsRespond to internal partner requests in a professional, timely, and effective mannerPrioritize workload effectively to meet service and productivity expectationsMaintain a strong understanding of internal policies, procedures, and industry regulationsExercise discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive informationIdentify opportunities to improve operational processes and service deliveryEscalate non-standard or higher-risk items appropriatelyEnsure compliance with enterprise standards, including risk and control frameworks such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Business Continuity, and internal Codes of ConductWhat We’re Looking ForMust-Have QualificationsFully bilingual in English and FrenchPrevious knowledge of or experience with banking and/or financial products (Relevant certifications will also be considered such as CSC, IFIC, etc.)Nice to Have (Not Mandatory, but a Bonus)Experience in banking operations,
