When you partner with us, you’re at the center of a vast network of risk, insurance, employee perks, retirement and wealth management specialists that bring clarity to a changing world with tailored solutions and unrelenting advocacy – so you’re ready for tomorrow.**The Opportunity!****If so, this is the CAREER for you!**As a **Underwriting Processing Associate**, in the Underwriting Department, you will be the key contact for Bordereaux entries and submission for all of our In-House Insurance contracts and key liaison with our Finance Division.**A day in the life -*** Data Entry of bordereaux transactions from issued in-house insurance policies* Update bordereaux timely and provide Finance and Insurers with current account transactions* Review documents received from processing department* Review EPIC Binder Billing details to ensure accuracy; triage errors to the Commercial Lines CRS’s* Other duties as assigned**What you will bring to the team -*** Requires at least 1-year experience in accounting field* Insurance Experience a plus (Industry designation an asset (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma – BCIT)* Must have good written and verbal communication skills* Advanced Excel skills required and proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook* Strong analytical and problem solving skills* Work under pressure to deadlines* High degree of accuracy with a keen attention to detail* Self-motivated and proactive* Demonstrated ability to take initiative and achieve results in a fast-paced and changing environment* Pro-active and a self-starter* Superior interpersonal skills* A keen attention to detail* Work well in a fast paced,



client-focused environment* Motivated to contribute within a team environmentThe expected salary range for this position is $36,000 to $50,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
