First Class Fleet Service is a family run business in Breslau featuring eight service bays providing quality equipment to efficiently and effectively diagnose and repair trucks and trailers and we are looking to add an entry level accounting clerk to our team. Job Summary

THIS IS PART TIME 12-5 daily

Assist with all office and accounting functions using Quick Books including AP, AR, answering the phone and dealing with vendors and customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Enter Accounts Payable

-Invoicing

-Answering the phones

-Filing

-Taking care of parts returns and warranty claims

-Must be customer service oriented

-One plus years of previous accounting experience

-Previous experience with Quickbooks is required
