Review and oversee all staff-prepared client files with written coaching feedback Apply tax planning across personal, corporate, trust, and self-employed files Manage file assignments, workflow, and deadlines for accounting staff Conduct year-end and tax planning meetings with clients Coach and develop staff accountants and accounting technicians Participate in weekly management meetings with partners Complete monthly leadership development coaching with our firm business coach Minimum one-year Post-Designation experience Minimum 3-5 years public practice experience Robust Canadian personal and corporate tax knowledge CICA In-Depth Tax Course or equivalent — a significant asset Prior leadership or mentoring experience in a public accounting firm Note: We are a tax-focused firm.
