LRO Staffing is partnering with an Ottawa West client to recruit a progressive Director of Finance for a full‑time, permanent leadership role. The ideal candidate is a CPA in positive standing with 7+ years in a similar senior finance position and at least 3 years guiding an accounting team. You will oversee financial reporting, consolidate statements, budgets, forecasts, and liaise with auditors while partnering with Senior Management on growth strategies and controls.
