face-to-face relationships with the operations team across various locations.Integrate effectively into a newly structured finance team, adapting to an elevated controller role.Manage day-to-day accounting operations.Contribute to shaping divisional processes and support business growth initiatives.Collaborate closely with direct reports and the operations team to provide financial insights.Qualifications:A CPA designation is a mandatory requirement for this role.Willingness for travel (approximately 10% of the time, 2 days a month) to locations throughout Southern Ontario.Experience in manufacturing or construction is required.Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team.A personable approach and the ability to work effectively with diverse communication styles.Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Oracle ERP is a plus, but not a requirement.This posting is for an open vacancy currently available within our client's organization.
