Operating in a customer‑centric, high‑volume environment, this role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.In this role, you willFollow‑up on outstanding appraisal orders to ensure quick turnaround timesKeep lenders updated on the status of appraisal ordersPrepare and distribute reports to the team, as requiredDemonstrate superior customer service skills through telephone and electronic communications with industry partners, including lenders, brokers and appraisers, while managing concurrent tasks and prioritiesSupport the Underwriting Team through special projects and other operational functions within the Underwriting Centre, as requiredProvide general administrative services, as requiredEssential QualificationsFluency in English and French,
