Our location is open Monday to Sunday.ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome customers, manage customer check-in and check-outEngage with customers in person, by phone, and via emailCoordinate appointments, prepare prescription printoutsEducate customers on eyewear options tailored to their lifestyle, ensuring optimal value and qualityGuide customers in selecting eyewear that combines style with optimal visionSupport frame and facial measurements alongside an Optician, ensuring proper fit and positioning of current eyewearAssist with contact lens ordersManage billing and payments for patients, insurers and other third partiesDeliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experienceSupport store operations by performing additional duties as requiredQualificationsPrevious experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a retail environmentPrevious optical experience is considered an assetProficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office SuiteOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with customers and providing exceptional experiencesAbility to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environmentA collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player,
