Reporting to the Strategic Operations Manager, you will transform data into clear, goal-driven reports and help shape strategies that benefit our community. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to contribute to meaningful work while growing in a dynamic, culturally rich environment.What You’ll DoIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.Develop insightful reports and analysis to support decision-making.Ensure data integrity and normalization across systems.Generate reports from single or multiple data sources.Design and implement databases, analytics tools, and strategies to enhance efficiency.Collaborate with leadership to prioritize data needs and improve processes.Recommend and implement process improvements based on data findings.Conduct qualitative and quantitative research as needed.What We’re Looking ForA combination of education and experience in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role.Strong knowledge of data models, reporting tools,
