In this role, you will drive global enrollment growth, build and strengthen strategic partnerships, and play a key role in positioning Appleby as a leading destination for international summer learning experiences.How you will thriveFrom developing global recruitment strategies to building strong agent and partner relationships, your work will directly impact the growth and success of Appleby’s summer and ancillary programs.You will play a key role in both driving enrollment and supporting the delivery of high‑quality programs, working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for international students.How you will succeedDrive international student recruitment and achieve enrollment and revenue targets across Summer ESL, Canadian Experience Camps (CEC), academies, and other seasonal programsDevelop and execute regional recruitment strategies and partnership plans with agents, schools, and organizationsBuild, manage, and grow relationships with international agents and partners, including training, communication, and performance managementRepresent Appleby College through international and domestic travel, including recruitment events, FAM tours, and partner meetingsRespond to inquiries and develop customized group proposals, itineraries, and pricingCollaborate with marketing to enhance promotional materials, digital presence, and sales toolsDesign and execute communication strategies for agents, partners, and prospective familiesConduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing, positioning,
and program developmentContribute to program planning and operational readiness in collaboration with Ancillary Activities and Boarding Life teamsParticipate in key program events, including student arrivals, orientations, and major program milestonesTravel regularly, both locally and internationally, to build strategic partnerships and drive enrollment growthSupport the development and communication of procedures related to participant safety, well‑being, and risk managementContribute to system updates and data management using platforms such as CampBrainWhat you bringProven experience in international sales, student recruitment, or agent managementStrong understanding of the international education market and emerging trendsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with global partnersOpen to frequent local and international travelExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrategic mindset with solid business development capabilitiesExperience with CRM systems (CampBrain or similar platforms preferred)Collaborative, adaptable, and results‑oriented approachMultilingual abilities considered an assetHow you will benefitCompetitive salary based on experienceAccess to our top‑notch campus facilities to include fitness centre,
