If you enjoy traveling and want to grow your electrical and mechanical skills while working on exciting projects, join our Travel Repair/MCE Team and help power communities with clean energy.Offering $2,500 USD Sign On Bonus*— details below.Position OverviewAs a Major Component Exchange/Repair Technician, you will travel to sites across the region to lead or support major component exchanges and ensure minimal downtime and peak turbine performance.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure safety for everyone involved: conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, and use protective gear and protocols.Perform major component exchanges including gearboxes, generators, and other critical systems.Execute maintenance, minor to medium repairs, design modifications, retrofits, and special projects following established procedures.Travel extensively to support turbine operations across multiple platforms and site conditions.Collaborate with teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality work.Conduct safety inspections and maintain a secure working setting.Enjoy exposure to a wide range of turbine platforms, site conditions, and team environments.Who You ArePrioritize safety above all else and proactively identify potential hazards.Preferred wind turbine experience with hands‑on MCE work.Minimum one year of wind technician experience, or six months with a Wind Technician certificate/education, or two years of transferable mechanical, electrical, and/or hydraulic experience.Proven expertise in troubleshooting and executing major repairs on various platforms.Comfortable with 100% travel and varied site conditions.Collaborative and capable of solving complex challenges.Physically fit,
