If this sounds like you, consider advancing your career by joining the largest biotech company in Canada!Job DescriptionDuties and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal stakeholders on IP activities, such as analyzing notices from IP offices and recommending response options, preparing and delivering presentations to colleagues and senior leaders to align on strategy, drafting responses to notices from IP offices, and providing clear instructions to external agents well in advance of response deadlinesInterface between internal teams and external agents throughout the trademark filing and examination process, while monitoring and reporting on use of the trademarksExecute and report on IP searches, such as patentability, registrability, landscape,
