You collaborate with teams across the business to curate programming that engages, energizes and inspires employees, elevating culture and brand connection.Core ResponsibilitiesSupport employee activations and events at ARC’One, ensuring high‑quality planning, execution and experience through coordination, communication and operational support.Enhance the employee experience by maintaining organizational excellence and refining key moments.Provide critical support during peak periods, ensuring seamless planning and delivery of activations and events (e.G., Truth and Reconciliation Cultural Moment, Product Development Sale, Factory Offsite, Holiday programming, Cyber 5 programming).Become familiar with Monday.Com, Microsoft Suite (Excel, Forms, PowerPoint), Eventbrite and Canva to assist in planning and execution.Learning OutcomesGain hands‑on experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Facilities, Business Partnerships, Manufacturing,
