Project Coordinator – BDN Construction Location: Toronto, ON (with occasional travel across project sites within Ontario) Responsibilities Manage project documentation and communications across teams. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities. Oversee project budgets, ensuring all financial aspects are handled with precision. Run site reviews to ensure timelines and deliverables are on track. Assist with risk management and troubleshooting to avoid delays or cost overruns. Collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure all requirements are met, and communications are explicit. Maintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations. Support the project team in obtaining permits and ensuring legal requirements are met. Qualifications 5 years of project coordination experience in retail or restaurant construction. Proficient in Procore (or similar construction management software).



Excellent organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of construction safety protocols and environmental standards. Ability to anticipate project challenges and propose solutions proactively. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with integrating project management software into daily project communications. Pay & Benefits Full-time, permanent position.
