OverviewCintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products along an established route.Key ResponsibilitiesYou are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.Skills & QualificationsA valid, full, unrestricted driver's license for a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.A high school diploma, GED, or military service.Solid customer‑service orientation.Self‑motivation and teamwork to meet goals.Positive attitude, ambition,
